Lucky Streak Live Blackjack
Lucky Streak is a relatively new live casino developer, formed in only 2014. The company is based in Israel, but they operate their live studios in Latvia. At the moment they don’t offer too many blackjack titles, but they do at least try new things with some of them.
For example, all Lucky Streak blackjack tables allow players to ‘bet behind’ when the table is full. This means you won’t have to wait for a seat to start playing. They also offer a unique take on the various blackjack side bets.
As of 2018, they do not posses a United Kingdom Gambling Commission licence, and so will be unavailable to UK players. Some online casinos Lucky Streak currently provide live casino games include Jetbull, Leo Vegas and Unique Casino.

House Rules
The house rules at Lucky Streak are exactly the same on all their tables, since they don’t run any particular different variants. These are:
- 3:2 to on blackjack
- 1:1 on winning hands
- No surrender
- 7 seat game with 8 decks
- Double on any two cards
- Split aces get dealt 1 card
- Insurance pays out 2:1
- Dealer stands on 17
Mobile
Lucky Streak’s mobile experience was not exactly top tier. Although a part of mobile live casino gameplay does rely on the casino hosting the tables, the developer is the most responsible for the quality of their mobile service. Although the lobby works well on smaller touch screens, with big icons and a simple interface, playing Lucky Streak blackjack on mobile was not as good as it could be.
The interface was simply too fiddly for a hitch-free portable experience. Card values were sometimes difficult to see, even on a good connection, and the turn option interface had not been upscaled for mobile use. Basically, Lucky Streak mobile blackjack tables felt like they had been ported over from the desktop version without much changed for mobile users.
In fact, you can’t use side-bets (except for bet behind) on mobile – that’s how small and difficult the interface is. Which is a total shame, because Lucky Streak blackjack does have some interesting ideas and works nicely on the desktop version.
Native & Private Tables
As far as we could see, Lucky Streak does not offer tables with live dealers speaking languages other than English. They also have not yet adopted private & branded table technology, whereby casinos can create custom studios with their own branding and offers.
This is disappointing, but considering Lucky Streak are a new and growing company it may be something they will add in the future.

In Comparison
Lucky Streak’s desktop blackjack tables, although few in number, are a quality operation and have a few unique features. Being able to bet behind on all tables is a useful feature for some, and the flat pay-out structure on their side bets might also attract some players looking for something new from live blackjack.
However, their mobile gameplay really let them down. Definitely worth a look on desktop then – but overall, we don’t think Lucky Streak poses a challenge to Evolution or NetEnt’s spots at the top of the live casino game just yet.
